Navimow is Segway's robot mower brand, and it was one of the first to make wire-free mowing affordable. Every current US model positions itself with network RTK, which Navimow includes at no extra cost, so there is no boundary wire and usually no antenna to install. Cameras (and LiDAR on the i2 LiDAR) handle obstacles and areas where satellite signals are weak.
The current range
Prices are Navimow's US store prices on October 17, 2026. Navimow's European store (navimow.segway.com) sells different versions and prices.
Strengths
- Easy setup. Free network RTK means no antenna and no wire on any current model.
- Steep, large lawns. The X4's four-wheel drive and suspension are rated for 84% slopes and 2.8-inch obstacles.
- Warranty. Three years on the mower and station, two on the battery.
Weak points
Reviewers of the X430 note it is big and heavy (64 lb), leaves some trimming around obstacles and offers few striping patterns. The smaller i-series models have narrow 7.1-inch cuts and manual height dials. RTK-based models without LiDAR can struggle under heavy tree cover; the i215 LiDAR is the one to look at for shaded yards.
Fixing problems
Docking and charging problems are the most common Navimow questions. Start with our guide to a robot mower not returning to its charging station, which draws on Navimow's own advice on station clearance, antenna placement and firmware.
